The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time Neuropsychologist at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor on the Non-Tenure track. This position is critical to the collaborations between psychiatry and other specialties in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with cognitive impairment due to medical and/or psychiatric disorders. Responsibilities include conducting providing psychological and neuropsychological assessment services as well as psychotherapy to patients engaged in the Functional Neurologic Disorder (FND) program, with a focus in Functional Movement Disorders (FMD) and Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures (PNES) in both the Neurology and Neuropsychology clinics. This position requires knowledge and experience of the assessment and treatment of individuals with functional movement disorders and psychogenic non-epileptic seizures. This position will also support psychological and personality assessment services to assist NMG psychiatrists and psychologists in diagnosing and treating complex patients. This position may provide opportunities to provide supervision to trainees in clinical neuropsychology (pre-doctoral students, interns, and post-doctoral fellows).

Qualified candidates will have their PhD in clinical psychology/clinical neuropsychology, completed an APA approved clinical internship with a neuropsychology emphasis, have at least two years of supervised postdoctoral training in clinical neuropsychology, and will be licensed or license eligible in the State of Illinois. Salary is commensurate with experience.
