We are seeking a hardworking engineer to apply knowledge and expertise in HPRF to weapon system development and design and testing, and threat and own system susceptibility testing.
As a High Power Microware RF Source Design Engineer...
Your primary responsibility will be to lead system-level concept development to system prototype development of HPRF systems to include RF sources such as Marx generators, Magnetrons, etc.
You will lead the design assessment and analysis of other US and Allied HPRF systems. Provide subject matter expertise in guiding the designs and providing technical insights for Government sponsors.
You will lead the design assessment of HPRF threat systems based on intelligence information and subject matter expertise in this field.
You will lead the susceptibility testing of US, Allied and threat systems to HRPF attacks.
You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...
M.S. Electrical Engineering or Physics
At least 5 years of specific experience in High Power RF applications, design, and testing with an emphasis on HPRF source design and analysis.
Have demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
Have the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance or able to obtain a Secret level security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics with at least 10 years of specific experience in High Power RF applications, design, and testing with an emphasis on HPRF source design and analysis.
Active Top Secret clearance.
